Supply of new machinery
We supply new on-track maintenance machinery, small maintenance machinery, locomotive, coaches, tools and spare parts. We are the sole distributor of railway track machines by Plasser & Theurer, Austria a renowned leading manufacturer of track maintenance machines worldwide. We serve as agents and strategic partners to Shin Sung System Company Limited (Korea) as well as Robel (Germany). We also have a collaborative agreement with PT. Industri Kereta Api (Indonesia)
Servicing and maintenance of track maintenance (mechanise) machines.
We have more than 10 years’ experience in maintenance of various mechanise machines from the simple mechanical, electric and hydraulic systems such as the ballast regulator to the highly sophisticated machines such as the track and catenary recording car. Many of our technical staff even possess more than 20 years’ experience in the field, being skilled technicians trained and guided by Plasser & Theurer, Austria. Technical support is available to us by Plasser Far East Limited (Hong Kong).
After sales services
We provide after sales services and supply of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) spare parts. The use of OEM spare parts ensures good machine performance and quality outputs. We have dedicated staff and workshops dealing with repair, services, and overhauling of various parts and components of the machines. We also authorized in overhauling various types of diesel engines such as the Detroit and Deutz engines.
Technical Training
We provide indoor and outdoor training of the various mechanise machines for basic and advanced operators. Our tamping machine simulator is the only one available in Asia. Hence, we are ready to provide training services to organizations in the Asia Pacific and even beyond. Our experienced railway professionals can also provide technical hands-on training and lectures on permanent railway topics as required by clients. Well-equipped training and discussion rooms are available at our business premises.
